  • Bookkeeping

  • Payroll Management

  • Invoicing & Billing

  • Accounts Receivable & Collections

  • Business Consulting

  • New Business Setup Guidance

  • Grant Advising & Writing (when offered)

  • Business Insurance Services (when offered)

Services may be updated or expanded at our discretion.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.

  • Supply necessary documents in a timely manner.

  • Maintain access to financial accounts or systems required for service completion.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

We are not responsible for delays caused by missing or inaccurate client information.

4. Fees & Payments

  • Fees will be outlined in a written proposal or agreement.

  • Payment terms (e.g., due upon receipt, Net 15, Net 30) will be specified.

  • Late payments may incur additional fees or service suspension.

5. Confidentiality

We will treat all client financial and business information as confidential and will not disclose it except as required by law or with client permission.

6. No Financial or Legal Guarantee

We do not guarantee financial outcomes, tax results, grant approvals, or insurance approvals. All decisions remain the responsibility of the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Business Name] shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.

9. Intellectual Property
